Pecan Pie

1¼ cup corn syrup
½ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon flour
1/3 cup melted butter
3 eggs
1 cup pecan halves
½ teaspoon vanilla

Combine sugar, flour, syrup and melted butter, slightly beaten whole eggs. Add pecans and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes then lower to 350º for 45-50 minutes until firm. Bake lower shelf. Double recipe for 1 large pie or 1 meduim and 1 small.
